This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Empower Press, LLC (referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the user ("User," "you," or "your") for the use of our e-commerce website and the purchase of products. By accessing our site or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Scope of Products Empower Press, LLC provides physical and digital goods, including books, apparel, somatic wellness tools, and botanical supplements sold exclusively through our online store (hosted on Shopify).

  • Age Restriction: You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase products from the Holistic Relief collection. We utilize age verification upon checkout. An adult signature may be required upon delivery for certain items.

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
